Painting

The church kitchen was in major need of some TLC or as the Japanese say, "reform." Kim and I took on this project last week and are very pleased with how it all turned out.

The thing that took the longest was organizing this large shelving unit and covering the windows.

After pulling everything to the center of the room, Kim and I got busy.

Painting the walls, adding new rugs, curtains, and baskets to the microwave stand made this little room look 100x's better.

It was so fun to see the reaction of the church people this past Sunday. All the ladies were very pleased with how it turned out.

Nicely done! I'll bet that was a lot of work but it was worth it!
